Career - wise
I started with big dreams in Acting School and a Bachelor of Performance. Then I moved into Travel, selling holidays for over three years. But I wanted moreâŚ
I entered into the world of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, got my MBA, and developed a MAJOR interest in helping (100âs of) people find their ideal jobs. I spent over six years building recruitment systems, designing interview processes, and recruiting hundreds of employees.
I cracked the job search system
In that time, I cracked the job search system - Iâd figured it out. Iâd built a network so strong I never had to apply for a job again. I was constantly headhunted, tapped on the shoulder, and offered roles with salaries $50k higher than what I was making.
I had the blueprint - and it worked.
Then it all fell apart
In January 2023, I was made redundant. My world shattered. Sitting on the floor of my living room, staring at multiple job offers and 72 potential opportunities, I still felt completely lost.
I kept thinking over and over, âwhat if people want to know how to write CVâsâ, or âhow to answer X interview questions, or âwhat you need to do to be a standout candidate?â Can I teach others how to âcrack the systemâ?

Fast forward one month
Within a month, 10,000 of you were following me across platforms. That was my wake-up call. You wanted the âinsider knowledgeâ. I took on four casual jobs to pay the bills while I built my business from the ground up. By day, I poured everything into Career Coach Chloe. By night, I was waitressing until midnight.
